    For what its worth - I contacted Browning about the ship date for X-Bolt 2. Here is the reply: "The new X-bolt 2 will start shipping out in May for orders from dealers." People were asking about when we can expect to see them. Hopefully discounts on the current X-Bolts will start showing up...

    Tactacam - like the unlimited plan as well. I hook up a solar panel, buy the unlimited plan and it runs for months. It can work off ATT and Verizon if that helps.

    All around deer hunting cartridge.

    If by "deer", do you mean whitetail? Or do you mean the entire deer family (moose, caribou, elk, mule, black-tail, etc.) Whitetails are relatively easy to kill - 6.5's in cartridges like 260 Rem, 6.5 CM, 6.5 PRC and their 7mm siblings all work well for the ranges I consider ethical to hunt...
