Buck 110 Sport in S30V.
Bought new 6 months ago and never used it. Was carried in my pocket 3-5 times and it got a small scratch on the pocket clip (see picture). Otherwise like new.
Factory edge. Comes with its box and all the original packaging.

Good choices. I'd lean for the 19 or 45 with a red dot and flashlight, 100% yes. At least for sure get the RD. Otherwise, whichever gun feels and carries better for you. May as well get the one you would CC as well!
Scary shit! Stay safe out there!!
I never would have predicted the damage seen in this thread to be the work of a .223.
If it works it works. Imho never any sense in taking more recoil than you have too for an application. I'd tote a .223 for deer and antelope.
My Savage Axis II .243 was fine, and if it wasn't for the shitty bolt lift I'd still have it. Probably never would have upgraded from a "budget" rifle if the Ruger American stainless had been in stock at the time.
Good features to look for > specific brands. Unless it's a shitty product. Like...
I started with a Hoyt RX-1 and archery just never "clicked". I tried for 2 years and it was just embarrassing... arrows sprayed everywhere. I sold all my equipment.
My family gifted me a Bear Species a year later and I (begrudgingly) tried again. What a difference! I can hit the side of a barn...
I really liked my .243. Just feels classic! The cartridge definitely ain't going nowhere.
I'd shoot just about anything in NA with .243 95 NBT's and feel confident. Someone in a post called them the "purple meanies" and I'd have to agree. Wouldn't be concerned about taking elk, within a...
I see 7-08 recommended more than I used to. We'll see if it translates to shelf space... but real bad in my area, like 2-4 options in any store. And we're a state that would see a greater use of 7-08. Now they buy 6.5CM > 7-08.
I don't see it getting better tbh.
I went with the 6.5CM myself...
They really should be available over the counter. But it'd hurt the hearing aide companies bottom dollar or something something, yada yada I'm sure.
I can't justify the 1k+ and the threading for my 6.5 CM. I double up on hearing protection.
