    Try different ammo. Tikka likes Hornady. Clean every shot for the first 3 shots, clean every third shot for 4 series, then shell out 5 more rounds, clean, and call it a day

    I too have a 270 wby mag. Love it and shot lots of great game. Always on the hunt for accubonds but it’s close to impossible to find anymore.

    Smoke with alder or cherry for 2 hours at 120, 1-2 hours at 140, then 1 hour at 150.

    4 parts brown sugar, 1 part rock salt. Generously coat in a container, refrigerate for 32 hours, rinse and pat down, and dry for 4+ hours
