no... you should put a copy of your drivers license in the box.
you could to make things better print out their ffl license and put it in the box.
address it the gunsmith and add signature requirement.
do some googling and reading so you can see it for yourself in print at atf and usps website...
north central pa i dont think theres more or less deer or hunters but the weather sucks.
was always frozen and snow 30 years ago. could hang a deer in the barn for a few days now you better get after it that day.
mossberg does the bantam models. i think its the super bantam that has the spacers for the stock. i just picked up my 6 year old a used wood stocked mossberg 410 a 500e.
need to whack a couple inches out of the stock. im not sure if he can handle it or not...

somebody mentioned steel wool, dont...no matter how fine it is it scratches bluing.
