    12.5 to me is ideal for smaller hunters (5’ tall sized people). I realize that might be difficult to do only with thickness of recoil pads though.

    Get what you want. If Tikka fills that void, great. If you have a Remington 700 and want to upgrade it, do that. If neither of that gets you where you want to be, go custom.

    I ordered mine with MOAR because the adjustments are slightly finer. A lot of people choose MIL these days because dialing MIL takes less clicks to get there faster. Also lots say tenths are easier than inches.
