Struggling to find Fall Turkey South East Idaho

I haven't done any turkey hunting this year but I have run into quite a few of them up near Rexburg and the Palisades. I have not heard much nor had many of them respond to my attempt at calling them with my mouth. I have always seen them at lower elevations too. I can only imagine that they go...

Best beginner mallard call?

My favorite call was gifted to me by my grandfather years ago and is so worn down that I can't even read what it is! I hope I never lose it! More recently I got the double shot by field proven calls and have been liking it a lot. I would say it's an "easier" call to learn on.

the KUIU summit star 1 person is great and dry! tons of room for gear in the vestibule and I've never had issues. One of the main reasons I love it is because you can set it up in pouring rain but the inside will stay dry. Most tents will catch a bunch of water before you get the fly on but...

Tent recommendations

I am a big fan of the KUIU 1 person summit star. I bring it even when I plan on sleeping in the car. Gives me the versatility of packing up and hiking away from the car if need be. Even though it's a lightweight 1 person tent it feels like a 3-man because of the vestibule. It's very comfortable...
