I agree here. I’m not a spotting scope toter, and if I try to store other things here, they tend to accumulate at the bottom and intrude into the interior pack space. Just not quite ideal for the thick woods day hunting I tend to do. If you tripod and spot w/scope I’m sure it’s a different...

I’ve got both a SG Xcurve and Exo K4. I have zero complaints about the SG system, but at the end of the day, I prefer the K4. I feel like they’ve struck a great balance of adding a tiny bit of weight over the xcurve to make an all around great pack.
I’ve got nothing but love for my xcurve and solo 3600. Mine fits well and is rock solid while loaded. The ONLY detractor for me is that I’m not super tall and the 26” is a bit tall for most of the hunting I do. That said, it’s nice when loaded to lift the load up a little higher.
