    Sitka apex pant in subalpine, 36r (fits like a 34r) asking 125 shipped. Used once, I don’t do a lot of warm weather hunting which is where these really shine.

    I have some. I love them. They’re my everyday pant, work pant, around camp pant etc. I wouldn’t take them backpacking lol

    That is one thing I noticed about the FL that I didn’t like. I like the quarter zip on the base layer. Traditionally i haven’t gone for hooded base layers but I’m gonna try it out this time I think. Maybe the answer is the kuiu 145 top and the FL wick 3/4 bottoms, if my OCD can allow it haha

    Yeah I was planning on sizing up in all their pants from what I read haha. I’m def intrigued by the hip vents, and while I do like my hunting clothes to double as backpacking clothes it sounds like the attacks might be the ones for me.

    Interesting. What do you like so much about the kuiu 145 over similar offerings from first lite? And I agree, I’ve typically worn tight to skin base layers but it doesn’t work for shedding layers down to the base without looking like a fool. Just wasn’t sure if there was a performance difference...

    Sweet man thanks for the heads up on the 120. I’m thinking of picking up a lightweight 145-150 range base layer and the peloton set and run them under my Sitka stuff. Looking at kuiu and first lite tho I’ve heard FL kinda went downhill the last few years not sure if they’ve recovered or not yet...
