Didn't get a lot of use this year. No out of state tags and killed a buck local opening mourning. At the range with a back support, I could shoot as well as prone. It's will made and stable for as light as it is. If that helps.
It's your support arm or elbow in whatever position you are in. Next time you're out shooting prone try stretching left arm out a little as you are supporting or grabbing support bag. You will see your recoil move to the right of target. After a short time, it becomes part of your natural point...
This is my two cents. From an old guy that shot comps for a number of years, so take it for what it is worth. Being aware of your shoulder angle and this works for all positions. Shooting prone and your rifle is recoiling to the right. By moving your left elbow back a little your gun will...
My favorite rifle is a .284, Chambered for 175, 180 bullets. I'm on the forth barrel it's got 2200 rounds through it and going strong. So I guess I'm a .284 fan.
I'm around 50 miles south of there. I see mountain lions on trail cams every month. Here's some about 40 yards from my front door. Around here if you see deer in your yard, you have cats at night.
Ordered a pair of Beartooths that came a couple of days ago. These are the most comfortable boots out of the box I have ever owned. I think I have a new favorite boot.
The tip I would give is freeze brats before vac sealing. I take bags out of freezer and but in 150 degrees Sous Vide for 90 minutes, brown in hot skillet. Perfect every time.
