Toes are tough, not much to do other than do what you can exercise wise without causing pain, like @Geewhiz said, bike, walk as tolerated without added weight, then with, plenty of core and upper body movements to maintain fitness while it heals. Best of luck, bet you won’t even notice it in 45 days
Depending on how pro 2A your state is might be worth reaching out to your state representative’s office. My brother did that earlier this year after waiting about 8 months with no word, within a week got his approval notice. Probably coincidence but you never know lol
+1 on diet. Cut processed sugar as much as possible and replace with fruits for a better transition. Done this recently and noticed less days with a crash feeling mid afternoon and better overall days.
Personally think cold plunges / shower / bath has great potential for mental strength...
