    Rokstok review thread

I'd hate to use a military sniper rifle to hunt. That would suck.

6.5 Creedmoor/260 for Deer, Elk, and whatever else.....

You forsee any issue with the 130's leaving the barrel at 2850-2900 with a 7.5 twist? Shouldn't be too high of rpm.

6.5 Creedmoor/260 for Deer, Elk, and whatever else.....

582 is my farthest animal taken to date, lots between 350-475yds so never. 800 is about my limit on game. Conditions dependent. Worse conditions and the range gets less. I'd just like to have the tool in the toolbox if needed. (800yd shots). Guy in my group took an animal a couple years back at...

6.5 Creedmoor/260 for Deer, Elk, and whatever else.....

Question for @Formidilosus and others. The 130tmk appears to be "better" on game vs say the eldm/eldx especially with it functioning better at lower impact velocities. But the BC is much less. At 800 yards, at my elevation from my rifle a 147eldm will be going 1860fps. A 130 tmk, while...

    Rokstok review thread

Got my 18" 6.5 prc build finished. The rokstok is fantastic. Spotting shots and consistent trigger pulls are easier than almost every other stock out there. For the price and weight it cannot be beat. Add in a KGM can with the top vents open to help with muzzle rise and you end up with a magnum...

    RokStok

I believe it was 31oz ish. It is basically the scattered and splattered pattern with orange, black, and the grey. And exposed carbon. I just told them the shades of colors I wanted and how I wanted it done and it was executed perfectly.

I recently received my stock. 12-27 order date. Everything was as expected and the action seated on the recoil lug. No issues that I've observed. Will hopefully have time later this week to go shoot it. Just wanted to share that in case anyone was on the fence after reading though what all...

Kolpin or any other brand cases for modern rifles

Hello all, Looking to see if anyone has experience with the kolpin cases for atv/utv and what size rifles will fit in them. I know a traditional stock rifle will fit but I'm wondering if there is any cases out there that can fit a prs sized rifle (24" barrel). Or if none will fit that, if any...

If it's a railed stock you are going to be waiting a real long while. Don't know for sure but not that long ago there was day 1 orders still unfulfilled. There's alot of us that ordered the first week and our stocks haven't been molded yet.

What does it take to kill a grizzly?

I'd take a 223. I don't get the point of 300 blk unless you NEED something quiet and are shooting subs.

What does it take to kill a grizzly?

I liked the part when @MtnW got asked a question and then didnt even remotely answer it. Oh wait

What does it take to kill a grizzly?

These people you speak of are likely the same ones that have been saying for decades you can't shoot over 200 or 300 yards. They live in their Fudd bubble.

What does it take to kill a grizzly?

Once again, animals that have been easily killed with sharp sticks also somehow require the largest caliber guns around to kill.
