    It’s normal for brass to not be fully fire formed with one or two firings. You can full length resize the brass without bumping the shoulder. As far as trimming brass. Trim five to ten thousands below minimum and it’ll take you a few firings before you need to trim them again. Always trim them...

    I recently purchased the Henderson trimmer after running the Frankford Arsenal case prep for years. I went with the Henderson because my hands get wrecked after trimming a couple hundred pieces on the FA.

    I just hunt. When an opportunity presents itself, I’ll decide in the moment if I want to kill it or continue hunting. I leave very little behind to waste when I do kill an animal. Most hunters want to shoot big animals but that just doesn’t happen all the time.

    Alpha brass is great. Some batches I have around 21 firings. I have seen high SD’s with virgin Alpha brass on more than one occasion.

    Trail cam pics, finally a cougar.

    Last thing I want on my camera is a Mt. Lion. WDFW biologist guessed this guy is somewhere in the 130-140lbs based on his head size and the pictures I showed him. Would have been cool to get a weight on him but I wasn’t packing the whole thing off the mountain. Shot in his bed at 75 yards.

    I use range finding binos when rifle hunting. For archery I still prefer separate units. It’s easier to range with one hand while the bow is in the other.
