    New rifle weight 5lb 11oz. Howa Superlite in .308 WIN. Talley aluminum lightweight rings and Leupold vx3hd 3.5-10 x 40 firedot reticle 30mm tube. Absolute handful to shoot while zeroing prone or on a bench but otherwise its quite manageable.

    My lightest is a Tikka T3X Lite in 300wm is 7.6lbs with a empty mag and with Talley lightweight aluminium rings, vx5hd 2-10x44. Waiting for my Howa superlite in 308w and estimating that to be sub 6lbs with Talley lightweight aluminium rings and a vx3hd 3.5-10x42 illuminated.

    Some of you guys are doing some crazy miles. Respect. Aiming to get to my first marathon this year. Dropped from 93kg to 78.8kg. I'm currently doing sub 2hr half marathons and can get every km in a 10km at sub 5 min for a total time of 1hr 46min.
