When I run the 10’s I use them with the forehead rest and they’re good to go. I think if you run the 10’s & 12’s at rest they’re both good but when I notice the differences is when I’m out hunting on the trails were my heart rate is higher than normal so that itself gives me the shakes/tremor...
When you ran the 12’s field hunting did you control them pretty easily? I felt like i couldn’t control them when I out stalking big game but then again I’m always on the move on my hunts.
I was in the same situation and ran the ATX for awhile but couldn’t glass through it long periods at a time so ended up with the BTX. but when I put hiking I run the STC. What did you end up going with?

Out of the 8 & 12 NL’s what did you use most? Also with the mavens 8 & 12’s you didn’t notice a huge difference from NL’s to mavens? I originally did the same with Vortex and Swarovski’s. I was back and forth justifying my purchase but I’m always behind the binoculars even on camping trips...
I have the 12x50 UHD’s and tan them but I kept going back to my 10x42 NL Pures. For the money UHD’s are good to go but I like the ergonomics and glass on the NL Pures. I’m thinking on getting the sig sauer zulu6 20x42 just to ad an addition into my collection.
