    I have 12 hives and have been up to 25. They can be a lot of work but it’s fun work. I did it for my agriculture exemption on my property.

    Texas Public Land

    Texas has some great options. The people I know that are successful all use climbers and get high to look down into thickets. Deer on public land in Texas are hunted hard and stay for the most part in the thick stuff.

    My plan is New Mexico Elk ML and Colorado ML. If unsuccessful in those draws it will be OTC Colorado

    What broadhead is everyone going to the elk woods with ? I’m thinking g5 Montec 100gr. I like the toughness and being able to resharpen them.

    I’ve killed plenty of whitetail as I’m a flat lander but that’s going to change. I’ve always dreamed of killing a really nice bull!!

    I just applied for the first time for the OIL so I have my fingers crossed. Did they let you camp on range ? I actually haven’t thought about that aspect of it.
