I was rafting guide for a number of years and my hands would get chewed up in cold weather. I found that regular Vaseline and cotton gloves at night would stop the cracking. You could even try wearing some mechanic type gloves with a bit of Vaseline during the day too
Up for sale is a 10 ft 3wt Fenwick Aetos euro-nymphing rod. Used one time. The rod and cork is in pristine condition. I have too many rods and I'm not really into the euro-nymphing game so this one needs to go.
