Elk sliders with bacon. Cook 1lb of bacon. I usually do 1lb of bacon to 4 lbs of ground elk. Dice it. Keep all the fat drippings. Chill. Dump everything into your defrosted ground elk meat and make sliders. Sauce- mix mayo and diced chilis in adobo sauce. MMMM

Here is some general info but your rifle may like a combination of any of these. Heavier bullets like 156 gr use the slower powders. N570, retumbo, h1000, N565. Lighter bullets use faster powders. H4831SC, H4350, N560. Thats part of reloading we all love. Trying to find that sweet recipe.
