For all of those talking about the crappiness of the GPS, is everyone using the new Garmin device or the old Delorme? With the dramatic price difference in the new models I would hope the Garmin version has upped the quality of the GPS. If they haven't I am very tempted to swipe up the old...
Isn't the point of the cooler tray to keep food from becoming soggy when the ice starts to melt and pool at the bottom? I didn't think it had anything to do with ice longevity.
They gave out some random stuff in NV to podium winners and a few in the crowd but I don't recall seeing this specific giveaway advertised there. There only thing they were plugging was the 'text-to-enter' Bowtech contest.
The TTH challenge course has a lot more athletic movement than you would encounter on the hunting mountain so keep that in mind when you are thinking of wearing a big stiff boot. I went middle ground with my Salomon X Ultra Mid 2 GTX hiker and they worked out perfect. My buddy wore running...
The generational gap will always be a thing, it's a pretty generic way to rationalize your argument if you ask me. The older generations will always find something to complain about with the younger, it's a tale as old as time. I'm sure when you were a kid, the old guys couldn't find anything...
If someone wants to pay $15 for a gigantic sticker that fills up the whole back window of their truck so be it, it's their choice. As for the other attacks about the flat-bills and whatnot, I get it that they are easy to make fun of for us more seasoned folks but I think what these companies...

No, they don't hit cards before announcement day. Draw is next Wednesday, results posted Friday late afternoon around 4pm , and credit cards won't be hit until the next week. This is all assuming it goes the same as it has the past 4 or so years, I haven't heard anything different so I assume...
I was a Wilderness Athlete guy until recently. I liked the Energy & Focus, Green Infusion and Meal Replacement & Recovery shakes. I did the 30 day challenge last summer and really liked the stuff. I saw all the MtnOps hype everywhere and ignored it for a while until I decided to give it a try...
Amazon has had a pretty good deal on the Salomon Quest's lately. The price range starts at $127, not sure what size for that killer deal but when I run my size they are $170 which is good considering they are usually about $230.
Any plans on location? My dream is to buy or get in to a small shop practice in small town in MT or ID. Maybe one day, I have a good thing going here and moving a family with 2 young kids away from grandparents would be tough at the moment.
Fun fact, Randy Newberg is/was a CPA and a partner...
