    “Half Day” Pack

    One more vote for mystery ranch. Have yet to encounter one of their packs I didn't like. Great fit adjustability on par with some thru hike packs but just absolutely overbuilt.

    Very cool. What weight nylon did you use. Any more pics of the collar. I've always wanted to make my own since those "tactical" collars are expensive for minimal nylon and stitching

    I've heard of doing it for hammock quilts so I don't see why not. Just seems tough as hell to keep it contained. God forbid there's a breeze lol

    PSA - don’t wash waterproof clothing in machine !!!

    I really do think that the machine matters. But I've had pretty good experience with nik wax on my arcteryx stuff. as far as goretex their warranty is phenomenal I've had shoes and jackets replaced after losing waterproofing

    I have the vapor hoodie. I love wool baselayers but for how much odor this produced Id rather use sythentic. Check out ridge merino for a great wool baselayer
