    The King Toe line really doesn't compare to a true barefoot shoe. I have a wide pair on my feet right now, and they are much narrower than anything I wear outside of work. Certainly better than most other safety toed boots though.

    As a culture, we are most certainly doing it wrong. There may be a time and place for heavy, stiff footwear. But shoes/boots that let our feet function properly is ideal.

    In retrospect, some of that seems obvious. On the other hand, some of those things (specifically regarding bolt design and function) I didn't realize were possible in a 700 clone. Appreciate the answer.
