I use the Mendota Skid plate (available at scheels) on my GSP, is is a few years old now and holding up nicely. I tried the browning brand first and it only lasted a couple of hunts before being trash.
You won't be disappointed with Duratracs, run them on my F150, the last set lasted 80K miles. Great in the snow and mud, not too loud on the highway based on how aggressive they are. They are way above the rest on your list.

Goodyear Duratracs or if you want less $ go with the Kanati Trail Hogs. I have had great luck with both. Duratracs had 75K on them and are a little quieter as they wear. The Kanati had 30K (@ about half tread). Both are great in the mud and snow. They do have large lugs on them so some road...
I always try to buy "Made in the USA". Truth is, sometimes it is very hard to find. It also takes some research to determine where items are being made to see what your options are.
