I just turn my arrow around backwards and put it in the rest. Hold the shaft in place with my hands and put the fletching below the sight. Then run the sight down until just before it hits the fletching. Then I make a mark so I know how far down I can go. Hope that made sense.

Move your rest a little bit to the right. It doesn't take much. Don't be scared to adjust things, that's how you learn. Just mark where it is before you adjust that way if it gets worse you can always put it back.
I agree with 5 miles back that your peep height should set based on your anchor, but if you lower your peep wouldn't that make you even shoot lower? If you raise your peep sight, then you will be able to raise your front sight.
I looked all over for a judo point last year to take elk hunting with me. I never found one. I just ended up carrying an axis with judo along side my injections. I killed all kinds of stumps with it. 😊
