I have a couple daughters that I’ve introduced to pheasant hunting and I bought a Franchi Instinct L O/U and they seem to like it
No complaints from dad either they’re learning

I’ve got an 8-man tipi and I love it.
But I will say my use is more in line with a base camp style. I may move a couple times but more often than not it’s a set it and forget it type deal.
The deciding factor for me was I’m a tall dude and the idea of getting socked in and not being able to...

I’ll throw my .02 in on this.
Had an issue with my F150 & it wound up being a blown fuse for the fuel pump.
Went through the replacement of battery and still not fixed and was heading to the starter next. Thankfully good ole YouTube saved the day.

Lost a cell phone and point-and-shoot camera in one fail swoop.
Laid them on a tailgate while elk hunting probably 11 years ago & you know the rest of the story. Funny part was I didn’t realize it until I got home and the wife asked for her camera back….
Missed a whitetail buck at around 15 yards arrow was over his back.
The only thing worse than whiffing was my wife setting beside me for her first time on a bow hunt with me. She used to go along quite a bit when I rifle hunted but gives her some ammunition for some well deserved ribbing
Got a 13 y/o & 11 y/o that have gotten their hunters safety certs. Both really enjoy pheasant hunting but seem lukewarm to whitetail hunting they’ve both gone and sat with me but haven’t been with on a hunt I’ve connected on.
