    I have a quick question. I bought an OTC cow elk tag last week and just found out that this type of tag is not valid for unit which we planned to hunt. We are driving up from Texas on the the 31st, if I stopped at a CPW office can I upgrade or exchange this tag for an otc Either-sex tag that is...
