    MTN Tough compared to MTI

    I tend to think the volume on MTI is ridiculous and unnecessary. It’s a subscription from the old days of CrossFit that 1,000 sloppy step ups are better than 100 well executed step ups. Definitely leans full muscle endurance but I think ultimately opens you up to unnecessary injuries training...

    Rucking weight?

    I do wonder how much cardio benefit rucking has vs just getting use to walking with heavy weight. I can’t ever seem to get my HR high enough unless going uphill for extended periods of time rucking.

    Traveling with Shape Charge pack

    I travel with my shape charge and a pouch on the front. If the pack and pouch is loaded, it doesn't really fit under an airplane seat that well.
