I've never seen much use in BH alignment, but I do bareshaft nock tune my arrows through paper prior to fletching. It at least gives me consistency of how the arrow is coming off my string.
I prefer to drink out of a Nalgene. I'll use a bladder sometimes for day hunts but I just have a mixed history with them. I've settled on (at least for now) 2 CNOC 2L bags, one dirty (orange) and one clean (blue), a sawyer squeeze and Nalgene, with tablets as a backup.

I've been using the DMT Aligner kit for the last 8 years and a cheap ceramic stone for field touch up. It's not perfect, but gives a consistent edge and very sharp. Nothing beats a good stropping at the end though.
