    Generic factors account for ~1/3 of hypertension, I wouldn’t call it rare. For most people who get to a healthy weight, maintain a healthy diet and are physically active who still have high BP usually the family history is significant.

    Oh for sure just not common. You should talk to your doctor about it, side effects like that can usually be resolved with a dose adjustment or medication change.

    This depends on the market you’re in for sure but yea. I ended up with more than I was planning, but got quite literally double the square footage for ~$125k-150k more. It’s not needed but nice to have for our purposes, and where it’s at it’ll likely make it easier to sell

    I’ll say that’s not a super common reported side effect of that particular medicine. But if you’re having repeated issues with one medicine there are plenty of different medications/classes of medications available. Keeping BP controlled should certainly be a priority

    Rain pant that goes on over hunting boots?

    OR helium pants are a tight fit depends on the boots with the bottom zips open, but have worked for me. Under 7 oz. I haven’t tried them with more than a heavy hiking boot yet though. Recently got the Sitka dew point pants, 7/8 length side zips so will fit over any footwear and 10.5 oz.
