I just completed a rifle build in 6mm Creedmoor using a Bighorn origin action and I also have a 300 wby built on a Bighorn SR3 action. Both Rifles were built by Mark Chanlynn at Rocky Mountain Rifle Works and they are two of the best shooting rifles I've ever had. The Bighorn origin is...
I haven't used the Marsupial but I love my kuiu harness. I've had mine for about ten years now and it's never failed. I use it year round for everything from coyote hunting, elk season, it's been all over the glaciers in Alaska chasing dall sheep and its always worked perfect. Hiking miles and...
Are you hunting with Ralph up at Trophy Ridge outfitters by chance? When Dad and I hunted up there I took my .240 weatherby for antelope, and my. 257 weatherby for deer. Dad had his 300 weatherby along just because he doesn't go on a hunting trip without it. We ended up using the .240 weatherby...

I run my Trail on a 6x45mm AR platform, nice small cartridge but still legal for pronghorn and deer, and with the thermal it makes on heck of a coyote round
For every rifle that I run suppressed, I have yet had to completely find a new load when switching to the suppressor. The load usually needs some slight adjustment but never more that 1/2 gr. One way or the other and most times the load simply shoots tighter with the suppressor.
My latest build is a 6mm creedmoor. Bighorn origin action, AG composite Chalk Branch stock, a Mark Chanlynn 20" cut rifled barrel, Giessle 2 stage rem 700 trigger.
I drew my Colorado bighorn rag for S11 and wondering if anyone has hunted in the that would care to share any info. I've hunted Dall sheep in Alaska and I killed my Mountain goat in G13 back in 2018 so the terrain and style of hunting isn't new to me, S11 and G13 (now g3) are basically the same...
