Yup, Alberta hunting as well. Hunting South west zones of province in the foothills. Scouting has been going well, hiking in nearly every weekend to keep tabs on the herd of cows (65-70), expecting bulls to come to them when season is on.
I use a 20L Sealine dry bag full of sand. Worked out to be about 60#. There is room to get another `5# in there.
It is a good cylinder shape that packs to similar dimension to a quarter.
