    Why second guess yourself though? If it's got plenty of grease in there, I'd leave it be but I'm no expert. Do you have the bearing buddy type deal where you can remove the rubber plug to add grease?

    Someone else said they upgraded from vortex diamondbacks to maven C1s. I did as well and can not honestly tell a difference in image quality. The change from 8x42s to 10x42s isn't as noticeable as I thought either which kinda surprised me. I will give the advantage to maven in build quality...

    The bad thing about these pants are the zippers will eventually fail. I've had to replace the zipper on 3 pairs. Wish they would use a better zipper.

    I'd check your drive belt for cracks and replace. Gates makes a decent belt. Keep your old as a spare. I just hit 260K on my 06 tacoma.
