Yes, but not with lights and not over residential areas. Military development and testing would happen at Groom Lake, or Yuma, or some similar facility.
I think this smacks of something private. Or foreign.
Good post.
The late, great Jeff Cooper coined “preoccupation with inconsequential increments.” An example of PWII might be debating .270/130 vs .280/140, or the Ackley Improved versions vs the standard versions. Those things and things along that line.
Want to see something like, oh, say...
Crossbow. I don’t even like the thing. I used it this year because I wasn’t fully recovered from shoulder replacement surgery and couldn’t draw my longbow.
I wonder how many of the folks that like to complain about Wyoming would move to Wyoming if they could.
My resident Bighorn points are building up. Good night.
Early on, probably. I think the Wilderness Act dates to 1964. I don’t know when the NR requirement came into being. But I wouldn’t be surprised to find out it was about the same time.
I don’t believe Wyoming’s NR requirement is necessary or useful. But I’ll play devil’s advocate for the sake of the argument
Some of you are going on and on about “your” public lands. Yeah, so? It’s Wyoming’s wildlife on “your” public lands. So go use your public lands and recreate to your...
Tyson looked flat. He was not “springy” or “catty.”
Us old (er) fellers sometimes get to thinking we’re not doing too bad, because often we can still do things like lift a lot and hike a long way. We can still perform well into our senior years at those types of things.

Now that we’ve had some informed answers, surely a little trolling for entertainment purposes should be okay…….
If you had put a Nosler Partition through his chest, he would have submitted to the Hammer of Thor and bang flopped, DRT. :)
Usually blood loss, preferably rapid blood loss, leading to organ failure. I think the high-falutin’ term for “bleeding out” might be hypovolemic shock.
Barring major CNS disruption, is there another way?
Jeff Gurwitch is retired Army Special Forces. He has a YouTube channel, Modern Tactical Shooting, where he discusses guns, gear, and other related things.
Gurwitch once mentioned wearing low top Salomon shoes in combat. People questioned the wisdom of it. He said he’d seen more soldiers...
I live in Wyoming. I believe 90/10 just makes sense. But I don’t believe nonresidents need a guide in wilderness areas.
Unless you’re from Utah, of course. Then I believe in 99/1 and guides for everything. :)
I’ve noticed the people always on cardio machines never seem to get in shape but the guy working the jump rope is in shape.
I’ve noticed when all the machines and benches are occupied the dip bars and pull-up bar will still be open.
I don’t disagree about fairness. I consider it unfair and unnecessary. But let me play devil’s advocate.
I’m not a Wyoming outfitter, although I worked for two of them in my youth. If I was a Wyoming outfitter and someone made a legal challenge basing their argument on federal land use, I’d...
