    The tricer mount works great. Although it is fairly difficult to screw on, it's so small there is no reason to take it off.

    I've been elk hunting the last 3 Labor Day weekends in Texas. They are already rutting and gathering cows by then, regardless of the heat. On the 100 degree days, they just aren't as mobile and hit the watering holes hard.

    Where is the future of optics headed?

    I have used them in the field. They are a game changer when it comes to scanning the terrain for wildlife for someone like myself whose hands tremble a little. I know they can give some motion sickness, but they are worth every dime to me.
