    Why is it a pain the ass for you to carry? Why would you carry to look cool? 18 oz isn't a deal breaker for me. I am a weight Nazi too. Some of you in here carry a sleeping bag 3 times the weight of this set up.

    I just purchased a hellcat spring field 9mm. I will be carrying it with a marsupial harness. Haven't really carried much in the mountains since the early 2000s. Maybe it's me getting older, but I do feel more comfortable knowing a cracked-out sheep herder won't get the best of me!

    You’d be surprised how quiet it is during the late rifle seasons up there especially around the divide and the higher altitude areas. It’s a ghost town. Are the late seasons still OTC?

    Wasn’t there like 3800 tags bought or something crazy like that during cvoid? Anyhow I’ve felt the pressure drop off first hand since the unit went to draw. Less vehicles at the trail head. I’m still shocked I didn’t draw a deer tag with a point.
