    I talked to the one in the unit I drew. He gave pretty generalized info but tried to answer my questions. I was caught off guard when he called back and forgot most of them though. I was more asking about weather and access etc. wish I had asked your questions.

    Anyone using something besides the stone glacier for a sleeve? Going to use a bladder for whitetail instead of trying to open a Nalgene in a tree saddle, I think it will be quieter.

    This is so true. Last year I saddle hunted with a tethrd fas pack and with my saddle and steps strapped to it it was close to 30 lbs as well with no waist belt and it did not carry well at all. Will gladly pay the weight penalty for the comfort of carrying this pack. Can't speak for other brands...
