    I’ve got a whole hind leg from a deer that was in the freezer reserved for a flip flop party . I don’t think I’ll get to go It this summer so I’d like to do Something neat with it . I was think of aging it in one of those Umai bags for 40 or so days bone in. Has any one had experience doing this ?
