Late season hood unit rut hunt
I have spent a fair amount of time in the Hood Unit chasing bears and cow elk. If I had the late hood buck tag I would focus on the north slopes of Mt. Hood. Berger Hybrid Hunter
Awesome bullets for mid sized game. Last year I harvested an OR black bear, UT Mule Deer, and OR Blacktail all with 140gr Berger Hunter Hybrids through my .270 caliber Tikka T3.
