    Rookie here…I’m considering a 6.8 western for a light-weight hunting rifle. First elk hunt this October. I’m not seeing much in the way of ammo selection. Would the 162 grain copper impact bullets work well? I’m not into reloading yet, so I’m just looking at factory ammo options. Thanks!

    6.5 PRC (Fierce, Springfield, Seekins, Cooper)

    Would a 6.8 western fit the bill (since elk is on the menu for october)? It looks like it checks a lot of boxes, but the only ammo that I can find is 162 grain copper impact. Would that work well for elk? Again, thanks for the help…rookie here:)

    I've experimented with fasting before cardio. I definitely can't push myself as far. I've found that eating before and fasting after works best for me.
