    sawyer squeeze works pretty good, but I do find it slows down considerably as the water gets dirty.

    Kuiu pro vs k3

    I have the Kuiu Pro 5500 LT and really like it. I have used it with up to 65 lbs and it fits and carries well. From most peoples comments it seems that EXO would be a step up, but being in Canada trying to get an EXO gets extremely pricey.

    I use 4.5R value pad all year and don't notice it being too hot in the summer, but more R value in the winter would be nice

    Thanks for the information! They both do seem like good packs, but it’s hard to ignore the 2.5 lbs weight savings. Do you think the durability of the pack is compromised a bit with the lighter weight material?
