    Hey there Dave! I'm in the process of moving up to the TriCity area. Was curious how the deer/elk hunting is within a 2-hour drive from there. Is there decent hunting over the counter in the area, even if it means cow elk? Any help is much appreciated! -Dave

    Supplement Myths

    Diet, Diet, Diet.....too bad I can't follow my own advice lol. The supplement market is a business - always marketing the "latest and greatest". In all reality, it's all about consistency in the gym with a well thought out / planned diet. Thats where 90% of gainz come from....

    Getting into hunting shape

    I think general functional fitness is your best bet. Find ways to blend runs, strength training (to include crossfit), and some HIIT training into your regiment. I'm a firm believer this well-rounded approach will serve you well.
