Another truck thread... Ram 1500
I've had a 2020 Bighorn with Level II and the offroad package for about 7 months now. I had a 2017 bighorn prior to that (leasing). Overall I love it! It's all about personal preference, but it's hard to argue that the Ram isn't ahead of the others right now. Drive them all and you will see...- benklein

Best bang for your buck deer hunting riffle under 1k
Tikka, Howa, Bergara, can't really go wrong with any of the three. I would suggest optics that are close to if not more than the price of the rifle. Vortex Viper HS or Leupold Vx3i are pretty solid and lightweight hunting scopes for the money. -
Short barreled rifle for my wife
I was in the same situation last year and went with the Ruger American Ranch in 7.62x39. It comes with a threaded 16ish inch barrel. Easy to find ammo and it shoots 3/4 MOA with handloads. She took her first deer this year with it!
