    Sitka Ambient

So far my system from SG is as follows: DEHL pant Synthetic hoody at the start of the season, moving into the merino hoody Helio M7 (when I know temps are stable, M5). That’s it. I run cold in the morning hikes, and use the Helio in the PMs. If I need wind stopping or to stay warm glassing...

    SITKA Ambient Collection

I am confused. In the videos Barklow talks about sweating through the system using puffy… not that I hike in puffy insulation a ton, but if you can hike to glass using it (ambient) as active insulation, then glass in it… does this line look to replace down/aero lite gear? Cheers.

    B3 Omega Release Aid?

I‘ve tried two of the Omega Pros…didn’t care for the heavy cocking spring. Looks like they heard similar feedback and made the change to now adjust that tension. More adjustments for an already adjustment friendly release. I’m always leery of thumb posts that are only secured by two small...

Iron Will Snyder Core vane testing

Cheers, I wanted to see other feedback from any testing done on the IW Snyder Core for vane selection. Randy from TAC recommended 3 fletch 2.25 Matrix, which I like. I’ve also tested the AAE offerings (max stealth, pro max hunter) and the TAC drivers (2”, 2.75”). I haven’t tried Silent Knight...

    B3 Archery

Wanted to find some reasonable experience behind some of the products B3 makes. I’m trying to make my system as much US made (assembled) as possible, and want to get some feedback from in the field…. Broadheads, sights, etc. Some of my favorite kill shots were with a Hawk, but I haven’t spent...

Yep. Dry as a bone, couldn't find any sign of water besides the smaller (Dark Lake, etc) lakes... I sat those early but no luck. Brought my bear tag, hoped to get lucky when I found scat, but after the first sign it got dry. Thanks for the reply @slvrslngr

Aloha, As a first year bowhunter, I'm glad to join your forum! I've been spending most of my time in Desolation near Lyon's Creek and have a bunch of places scouted, but no real sign. Some bear scat, pretty old, and that's been about it. Generally arouond 7000-7200 feet. Should I keep...
