Here's the holster thing, which I put on the side strap of my pack. It wouldn't work if you were too much shorter or had longer tripod legs, but the added mobility for me is great.

Tripods are great, but absolutely do not spend that much on an aluminum tripod. I've used carbon fiber Artcise tripods for two elk hunts in Colorado now, and settled on a CT70C with a 46mm low profile ball head and a Sunwayfoto Arc/picatinny clamp. It weighs ~5 lbs, goes up to my 6 ft standing...
I've got no experience hunting bears, but I've got quite a few deer with 129 ABLRs in my Grendel (and elk with 168 ABLRs). All fairly close range and passed through well.
Beyond yes shot placement, if you're going to change something I'd consider a tougher bullet regardless of weight. A bonded...
The Vortex PST iI 3-15 is great but 2-10 would be really good as well, and can be bought for $650 or so, and you really don't need more mag for <200 yds. The Athlon Helos 2-12 is ~$400 and has a great FFP reticle for hunting. Lots of options though.
I'm also resizing 277 Fury, but just to 6.5 CM. I couldn't get the last 0.005" bump for the life of me, the brass just got too work hardened. What I settled on was an initial anneal, 308 die, 6.5 CM die, anneal, 6.5 CM die again. Then cut/trim, expander mandrel and neck turn. Massive pain but it...
Clean
Anneal (every time for rifle rounds, because I built a Skip design annealer)
Lanolin/IPA (OneShot uses n-hexane, a neurotoxin. Works well but pass.)
FL size, no expander ball
Mandrel
Clean
Prime
Powder
Seat
What are you talking about? Maybe the action screws are the same, but the mag wells differ greatly, that's what they list T1x, short action, and long action separately.
Looks like the dovetail where the bolt handle goes. There have been threads on this breakng relatively easily, and some of people welding them back together.

Agreed with others that humidity changes is going to be your issue. *If* you get dessicant packs in containers which are sealed enough to not get spent quickly (but not sealed well enough to be an explosion hazard) then you're set.
See here for velocity vs humdity testing...
140 g would definitely be heavier than I'd go, that will take up like half the case volume. I deer hunted for a few years with 129 gr ABLRs, OK accuracy (but totally acceptable for deer <200 yds) but great terminal performance. I only got like 2300 to 2350 fps, I wouldn't want to go any slower.
I built my elk rifle on a smaller budget, but very little I'd change with a larger one. Add on whenever can you like and you're still well under your budget. Could maybe even upgrade to a Tenmile 3-18.
I spent enough time working in chemistry labs for it to feel wrong to have powder and primers stored outside of flammable cabinets. Plus it's many state/local codes to store >20 lbs powder in a 1" nominal wall wood cabinet, per NFPA 495. Those are often also included by reference in home...
