Why does my tikka Suck?
I spun on a Tikka barrel and it did not head space with the gauges I had. Spoke to Tikka they had me put tape on the no go gauge to increase the length and told me it was within Sami spec. So the chamber on this one is on the long side I guess. Probably why that take off wouldn't fit. Either... -

AR10 130gr load development

Lol, everybody wants to buy my crummy shooting t3! I gave $400 for it and was planning to rebarrel and put it in a new stock. I thought I would just use it as is for a year. Now I'm sucked into finding out what's wrong with the thing! -

Bottom metal looks in fine shape. The rounds I have shot are all barnes. 139 lrx 150 and 160 both I believe are tsx My handloads were (from memory) 65.3gr of rl22 and a 145gr barnes lrx. My next move is to shoot some standard lead bullets. -

I'll try a box of lead bullets I guess. I live in California so we have to be lead free but if I'm hunting something that needs a 7mag I probably will be out of state. It's worth a try. Thanks -

Scope is torqued correctly and shows no signs of moving after that many shots. Don't think it's barrel heating up. I shot video of the groups and they don't start small and then get bigger as the barrel heats up in the group. As for recoil, that was my first thought as this gun was no fun to... -
