    Either they are being proactive with a fast twist 7mm Rem Mag or it is as you say and actually a 7 PRC. Hard to say what I’d prefer as I’m not seeing much 7 PRC ammo or brass available, and if I have to hand load I could just put high bc 7mm bullets in the fast twist 7 Rem mag anyway.

    The 308 version has been a growing temptation. Especially since I’m increasingly realizing I shouldn’t shoot at game past 400 yards anyway.

    Did you get a chance to try other loads in the XPR? My 300 WSM XPR loves everything Federal, is good with Remington, and really didn't like the Hornady or Win loads.
