If you are buying a gun I would seriously look at the 6.5. Kimber makes a super lightweight rifle and it is sweet in the 6.5.

Kimber hunter or savage lightweight storm?

I held a Kimber hunter the other day and it is crazy lite. It was chambered in the 6.5 but the gun get great. The guy that owns it says it shoots nice groups.

Anybody chase the mule deer in Nebraska?

Just kind of what to expect in early December in Nebraska for muzzleloader. How is the weather and how is the pressure. We hunted rifle last year and it was kind of crazy. Wondering is there would be as many hunters out and about during muzzle season.
