3160 x 720/8=284,400 rpm. You can expect blowups at that RPM with very long bullets. The jacket gets thin as it is extruded longer and longer. You might want to back the velocity down to 3000fps which will yield 270,000 RPM.

It depends on how far you plan on shooting. Determine your average long shot distance and then select the tapered base that works best for your application. A 10moa rail might be a better option than a 20moa rail based on your average long shot distance. The closer you are to optical center...
130gr DL and GT Norma projectiles are target bullets for punching paper. They were never designed as a "hunting" projectile. They work great for shooting paper and steel!!!
