Tikka T3x lite or superlite is the easy button. I really don’t see a practical need for a heavier barrel because the lites I have shoot well when they’re hot. Just look at the 10-30 round groups guys on here are getting.
Yes. Thought about it a lot and still do because I don’t shoot enough to justify an entire safe full like I have now. I think two is more realistic for me as I’ll always have a .223. Probably keep that and a 6.5 creedmoor if and when I do it.
Probably the cheapest way to get a semi-custom is to send the barreled action to Preferred Barrel Blanks (PBB) in Utah and have them change out your 7-08 to a 6.5 or 6 creed using one of their prefits of your choice. Quality barrels and quality work at a very low price. Then put it in the...

If you’re coming north on 101 from SF when you get just north of Garberville take the Ave. of the Giants which you won't want to miss and is mostly part of Humboldt Redwoods state park. It Parallels 101 for 20 some miles then dumps back on 101. Lots of big redwoods as you drive through...

They’re still out. I saw one two days ago in Humboldt County and some other tracks. I’m sure about anywhere lower elevation theres some around. Generally mid January is when they get really scarce but I’ve seen tracks every month of the year in the past.
I have two very lightly used, as in range only, Rokstoks with Tikka inlets and pic rails in bare carbon. Would like to trade for Rokstoks with Tikka inlets with no rails. Don't really care about color as long as its mostly dull. Straight across trade with each party paying shipping.
