    Shoulder pain

    It seems I've been plagued this year from shoulder pain in both shoulders every night I've spent out in the field. It seems to happen when I sleep on my back and I've used two different pads and the pain still occurs. Anyone else had this issue? Thought maybe my pads were too narrow....thoughts? $
