Source for Tikka mag spring (NOT retention spring)

Any place to pick up a couple of the springs that are inside the Tikka mags? Specifically for 223? So far I know that S and M+ springs are interchangeable. So I’m assuming that the M magazine spring will work as well. I’ve checked all the normal places (Lumley, JA, Midwest) and nothing comes...

New Ruger American Gen II

So if you got the AICS magwell from Ruger and bought a 223 AICS mag, they said it wouldn’t work in the Gen 2? Not doubting what they told you, it just seems odd that it wouldn’t work.

Longer .223 Tikka mag option

I’ve got some coming this week. Very responsive seller and easy to work with. And from the others have said, it looks like function is going to be very good. I’ll report back after I get them and see how they do in my rifle.

I had the same results with round nose ammo. Switching to hollow points took care of the problem. I’m not sure what your rifle will prefer, but I’ve had great luck with accuracy and terminal performance with the American Eagle 38 grain hollow point. I haven’t tested accuracy at any significant...
