    Give GAP a call and see what they think. Thinking it would be odd for a rifle to leave GAP with a bad chamber. Get some JB or IOSSO bore past and scrub the throat out, should cure the problem. Has the rifle been shot suppressed?

    This is a great option, get free components to fire form brass and get some trigger time. Sig would be my first choice, but have used Norma and ADI with good results.

    JB bore past on a swab -it bore mop works good to polish dies. Brass brush with a patch wrapped around it works good to. Spin it with a drill and it doesn't take long if the die isn't in to bad of shape.

    Hodgdon shows 61.0 grains of H4831 as max for the 190 HDY BTSP bullet @2668 fps. Different bullet but you may be ok with your setup.
